Can you picture it? A sweet Beatrix Potter-esque mama-bunny baking the day away in her rabbit hole bakery? She's churning out delicious carrot cake cupcakes as fast as they're being purchased. That was the little scenario in my mind when I created these free spring kitchen printables. Won't they be perfect in your kitchen this season?
While I already have several kitchen-specific printables for the fall and winter (when baking seems to be more "in season"), I still wanted something for spring. I considered a "salad bar" design, but a salad bar was about as appealing in print as a calorie counter. So, carrot cake is the star of the show...in all its delicious springtime baking glory! I actually created this design with or without the background option. In an ironic twist of fate, I actually prefer the background-free option this time around. I love how that cupcake just pops right off the page!

DeleteI love these. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI appreciate that so much! xoxo
DeleteI love your work. It always makes me smile and brightens my day. Your bunnies are adorable. However, have you considered an adorable lamb? I've seen a nice idea with a lamb (in more than one place...I don't think it is copyrighted) that speaks volumes to Christians..."Silly rabbit, it's about The Lamb". I know you could make one that we would love. Not taking anything away from the cute bunnies. I just love the message.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Phylis. That is a lovely idea. I'm not sure I will get to it this year, but will certainly keep it in mind for next year. xoxo, kristi

DeleteWhat font is carrot and cupcakes? LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! It's called Faith and Glory. I believe I purchased it from Creative Market. The "and" is actually the ampersand character.
