10 Spring Pillows

These pillows area bit better than your average throw pillow. If you saw my Christmas Pillows post from the holidays, you know that these are actually pillow covers I like to use. It makes it super easy to change them out season after season. So much so that I now have a "pillow cover cabinet" in our living room built-ins. It's like instant decor throughout the year

While I do love to share free SVG cut files and pillows I sew on this blog, I know not everyone owns a Cricut or Silhouette or likes to sew. These 10 Valentine Pillows give you the same look of a handmade pillow (and, let's face it, this is a lot quicker!).

The Best Pillow Inserts

Using my least favorite photo about pillow inserts, again (I do need a retake). But, I like to show how pliable these pillow inserts are that I recommend for all of these pillow covers.

A little trick I learned a long the way from a decorator friend: in order to make an inexpensive pillow cover appear a little fancier and fuller, use a down pillow for your insert. Bonuses to a down pillow insert:

They lay so nicely on a couch or bed...and can be chopped easily (a southern habit a lot of us do).
They feel a bit heartier than a foam pillow insert, without the stiffness.
I bought the above one on Amazon and highly recommend it. I use it for all of my seasonal pillows.

10 Budget-Friendly Spring Pillows

Most of the pillows below are under $10 each, with a few exceptions. I did do a couple of "couples"...meaning pairs of pillows that are only sold in that manner. But, they were really cute ones, and I couldn't resist them! Again, keep in mind, the below are all 18"x18" pillow covers...you'll need inserts for them. Hoping you enjoy this round up of fun.

Buffalo Check Pillows

I actually threw these buffalo check pillows in as extras. They are great compliments to the other pillows listed below. Honestly, having too many pillows with words can be a bit much, but mixing with these "neutral" buffalo check pillows will really make your spring pillows stand out.
