Today's fall gift tags are simple, but (in my opinion), quite lovely. They're such a great way to bring a bit of fall to someone else (attached to a treat or gift). And they are wordless, too...perfect to fill with your own sentiments.
Fall is a great time to give small little thoughtful things to others here and there...even better if they're homemade from the kitchen, right? These simple free printable fall gift tags are the perfect way to label all of your treats and goodies this season. Download these below.
Fall Gift Tags
One of my favorite little gifts from my time working in a cubicle was when a co-worker left a mini pumpkin on my desk with a gift tag attached. It remained as a fall decoration in my space until Thanksgiving. It was simple, but thoughtful. And these tags are perfect for things of that nature. I made a list of other things (including mini pumpkins) that would make great lil' gifties this season.
Small Fall Gift and Treat Ideas
- mini pumpkins
- cinnamon brooms (our grocery store always has loads of these this time of the year)
- a paper bag filled with scented pinecones (use my recipe for scented pine cones here)
- a fall candle (see my tutorial for hand-made fall candles here)
- a bag of candy corn
- a fall baked goodie
- these ADORABLE fall gnomes
- fall socks
- pumpkin earrings (I have these beaded ones from Amazon)
Usage and Printing
- These tags are for personal use only. If you do have a shop or small business and would like to sell the physical product (no digital reselling is ever allowed), please purchase a commercial license here.
- As you can see from above, these tags measure 4.25" tall by 2.5" wide.
- They come with six tags per letter-sized sheet.
- Once you download your tags (below), be sure to print them onto letter-sized white cardstock. Regular paper is too thin for gift tags (it will curl on the corners).
- Once your tags are printed, simply cut around each tag's hairline gold border.
- If you want a slightly smaller tag, you can actually cut the border off the tag completely.
- Unlike some of my other tags and labels, I used the regular-sized hole punch on these tags, since they're a bit larger. The hole's outline is large enough to still frame the standard sized hole punch.'
- These gift tags look very fall and rustic when attached with jute twine.
If you're needing another fall tag without wording of any kind, I have the (above pictured) Free Printable Pumpkin Tags over on my other blog, Print Pretty Cards.
