Free Beach Wallpaper for July

This new Beach Wallpaper is perfect for July...or the rest of the summer season. Because nothing says summertime like a serene beach scene (just begging for a hammock and a nap!). I, for one, am delighted to see a calm beach scene front and center on my phone right now. It's so simple and serene...and, well, makes me want to go to the shore. But, since we can't all make it to the beach every summer, I thought I'd bring the beach to our devices.

Beach Wallpaper

There is actually just one design to choose from this month...a simple spot on a white sand beach with crystal blue waters and a palm tree (or three, if you download the computer version).

Computer Wallpapers

The computer version of the wallpapers have calendar options (pictured above). The calendar is, however, only available for computers due to size limitations. There are also three palm trees in the computer options, since there was a lot more landscape space available. The tablet and phone options have solo palm trees.

And the computer designs are also available without calendars, as well. I actually like this version since it eliminates a lot of desktop items (since I already have a number of files and such on mine). 

Installing on an IOS Device

While I know not everyone is an iPhone user(and I do provide Android sizes, too), I actually have an iPhone and iPad and am able to share how to change wallpapers on them. However, if you happen to be one of my Android users, be sure to check out this simple-to-follow tutorial on Changing Wallpaper on an Android from Insider. I'm sharing below how to change to this beach-filled wallpaper on your IOS or Apple device, since that's what I know best.

• Start by downloading your wallpaper design below (listed out according to device type below). I can download directly on my device. If you aren't able to download directly to your device, download your wallpaper to your computer and email the wallpaper design to yourself to open on your phone or iPad.
• Once the image downloads onto my phone, I select it and then click that arrow with a box, pictured in the above image labeled 1.
• Then I select "Save Image" (pictured above in image 2).
• This will automatically save the image to my photo roll, which is my phone's default for where images end up. If your phone is set up with a different default, you'll need to access it there.
• Locate your new saved image. Select it and then select that boxed arrow once again that should appear in the bottom left of your screen.
• Scroll down and select the option to "Use as Wallpaper". Your device should prompt you to decide which screen (home screen, lock screen, or both) to use it on. After making your selection, you should be ready to go with a new screen filled with lots of beachy-summertime vibes!
