Free Printable Cute Bookmarks

Today's post for Cute Bookmarks contains affiliate links. As an Amazon Affiliate, I make a small portion when these links are used, at no additional cost to you.

Today's free printable cute bookmarks would make darling gifts for your favorite readers. Each one has a fun, book-related quote sure to warm the heart or bring a smile to the face. There are four designs included below.

Cute Bookmarks
Today's free printable is a set of cute bookmarks that are just for fun! No rhyme or reason here...although they're definitely geared for the book lovers out there. Download all four of these bookmarks below.

Cute Bookmarks

Well, I'm sure you know by now, but I just love a good bookmark. I'm a big reader and tend to go through quite a number of these. I have a whole library of free printable bookmarks here, and today's "cute bookmarks" are just the latest addition to the fun.

Reading Quotes

Quotes About Reading:

The following quotes are depicted on these cute bookmarks (pictured from left to right, above):
  • PINK GINGHAM: The library is calling and I must go.
  • GREEN GINGHAM: Buy me books and tell me I'm pretty.
  • PURPLE GINGHAM: My weekend is all booked up!
  • BLUE GINGHAM: Between the pages of a book is a lovely place to be.

Embellishing Your Bookmarks

Bookmark Sleeves
While using the bookmarks just on their own is perfectly fine, you can also embellish and even protect them with a few fun bookmark accessories (as pictured above):
  • I design most of my free printable bookmarks to fit into these plastic bookmark sleeves. You can grab a pack here on Amazon.
  • And the sleeves work perfectly with these pre-made tassels, also available here on Amazon.
  • You can also make your own tassel. Check out my post and video tutorial here for How to Make a Tassel.
  • Another embellishment option is plain, grosgrain ribbon (preferable less than 1/2" thick). Simply cut a length of it and do a simple slip knot through a punched hole in your bookmark (scroll down a bit for an example of how this looks).

Bookmarks to Print
But, like I said, they look great on their own, as well (as pictured above).

Bookmarks for Readers
I just lucked out that the package of tassels from Amazon had the perfect colors to use with today's cute bookmarks.

My weekend is all booked up!
And above, you can see how one of these bookmarks looks with the homemade tassel

The Library is Calling
Pictured above is the simple piece of grosgrain ribbon. I think it's another fun way to go that's super budget-friendly.

Summer Reading List

Summer Reading Ideas

As I often do in bookmark posts, I love to share what I've been reading (and I love to hear what you're reading, too). I'm a big historical fiction buff, myself. If you're looking for some great summer reading ideas, be sure to check out my favorites from the past few months below:
