This design of The Lord's Prayer Printable has been a long time coming. I recently saw a beautiful needlepoint of this prayer at an estate sale and wanted to create something similar, in print form. I'm really happy with how this design came out and am offering it in an extended size, as well. Download The Lord's Prayer Printable below.
In my own life, when I don't have the words, I know I can always turn to The Lord's Prayer from both Matthew (chapter six) and Luke (chapter 11). We say it every Sunday in our church, too (as I did when growing up, so I certainly have it committed to memory at this point in my life). I've been known to pray it in the car, as well (although, this tends to make my kids nervous, though, like my driving may be questionable that day...ha!). The prayer itself is just a beautiful reminder of how Jesus taught us all to pray. Download The Lord's Prayer printable below, to display it in your own home or work space.
The Lord's Prayer Printable
As I mentioned above, I've also included an extended size in this one: an 11x14" version. I thought this one might be nice to display in more prominent places, so larger seemed like the way to go.
The Lord's Prayer
(this is the version included on today's printable)
Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done.
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
Printing and Display Information
- This printable comes in the following sizes and formats:
- 5x7" JPEG and PDF
- The 5x7" PDF design comes with two designs per page so its letter-sized page can easily be printed at home without paper waste. You'll have one to keep and one to share.
- 8x10" JPEG and PDF
- 11x14" JPEG and PDF
- The PDF designs are perfect for at-home printing. You'll need a larger-sized printer for that 11x14" version, though, so the JPEG may be more your speed in that particular size.
- The JPEGs can easily be uploaded to places like Walgreens, Staples, FedEx Office, etc. for professional printing (it's not too spendy, either). I use Walgreens for my larger printables in my own home. I upload on their site and just pick up in my local store.
- If you are printing at home, be sure to use white, letter-sized cardstock for both the 8x10" and 5x7" PDF designs.
- You can grab a pack of white, letter-sized cardstock here on Amazon. It produces much higher quality results than regular paper.
I love this little watercolor frame with the mini roses so much...you can also find it in the above pictured Your Grace is Enough printable (also free). It's available in several color options.
