These free printable Sunflower Hanging Gift Tags are perfect for summer gifts, home organization labels, and even table settings (more on that below). They're blank labels that really have lots of possibilities. Download these hanging gift tags below.
Today's printable hanging gift tags are super simple, but they really are quite lovely, too. After I published the free printable Sunflower Recipe Cards, I received a lot of requests for more sunflower printables. Hoping today's hanging gift tags in a sunflower theme make you smile as big as the recipe cards did. The florals are a bit different on these, but still just as summery and sweet.
Sunflower Hanging Gift Tags
Honestly, I mentioned this in the recipe card post, too, but sunflowers really are a summer through early autumn flower, don't you think? So, I feel like these tags would work perfectly into the next season. They're so sweet for gifts and so much more. But, honetly, gifts are probably my favorite way to use them. I left them blank so you can fill in your own message or just simply add a "to" and "from".
Above, I'm sharing how sweet these would look on a table setting. Aren't they lovely? Just add a sprig of greenery and you're set for a simply place card. You can even tie them to a rolled up napkin that your flatware is wrapped inside.
And you can see here in my Free Printable Watercolor Tags post how I use labels like this for organizing and labeling. It's fun to add a little bit of prettiness to organizing. And these hanging gift tags would work perfectly for that.
These simple tags have a few watercolor summer florals and greenery just peeking up from the bottom part of the tag. But, of course, those beloved sunflowers are definitely the star of the show. I added a small yellow border around the entire tag (as you can see in the image above). You can leave it on or even remove it when you cut your tags out.
Printing and Using Your Hanging Gift Tags
- These tags are for personal use. If you own a small business and would like to carry these as a physical product (no digital redistribution), you can purchase a commercial license here.
- Be sure to print your tags onto letter-sized white cardstock. Regular paper is too thin for gift tags or labels. It will curl up on the corners and look/feel a bit on the sloppy side.
- You can purchase your own ream of white, letter-sized cardstock here on Amazon. They seem to have the best prices that I can find.
- Your tags will print with four tags per page (as pictured above).
- Once your tags are printed, cut them out either just inside or just outside the yellow border (whichever look you prefer).
- I like to use a smaller 1/8" hole punch with tags like these. It helps prevent ripping and looks a bit tidier.
- Tie them to your package or item using twine. I prefer jute twine with these sunflower designs.
