This free printable Summer Checklist for kids can seriously be adorable for adults or family-usage, too! The little doodle drawings are the perfect activities to work your way through this summer. From making ice cream to building a fort, to mailing a letter to a friend...it's a fun one that gives those dog days a bit of purpose. Download this Summer Checklist for Kids (and adults!) below.
Summer can involve a lot of "what are we going to do today?" from both kids and parent. This simple Summer Checklist for Kids is a nifty little solution. Pick an activity and go for it. While I know not all of these activities are socially distanced-compliant for this particular time in history, I do hope this printable outlasts all of this and will be able to be used in future summers, too. But, most of the activities are simple to do and make for a lovely summer day.
Summer Checklist for Kids (and Adults)
While summer doesn't *officially* start for another week and a half, I feel like we're already well into the swing of things. Print out a summer checklist for your family to tackle and make loads of memories this season. These can be great to display on your refrigerator or even in a frame in your kitchen to be used with dry erase marker.
Blank Summer Checklist
If your kids are feeling creative, they can make a fun checklist of their own. I included a blank version for that very purpose. You can see it pictured above.
I included the above, super-close-up image to show you how each activity looks on the printable. Each activity has a doodle depicting it, along with a check box.
Summer Checklist Activities
Listed out below are the items I included on my ready-made Summer Checklist printable. On the printable, there are small check boxes next to each activity (as I showed you in the close-up image). These are definitely just ideas to make for a fun printable (as well as a fun summer!). But, I included the blank version so you can make it more custom, too. Feel free to use some of my ideas as a jumping off point if you decide to go the blank route.
