These Ice Cream Cone Printable Bookmarks are seriously the sweetest, no pun intended. They're an adorable way to keep your place in your latest summer book. And they make super cute gifts, too. I plan on gifting these to my book club friends when we meet again. There are five colors of the design. Download your Ice Cream Cone Printable Bookmarks below.

It took everything in me not to start this post with "I scream, you scream!".  But, now that it's in your head, who doesn't want to give a little yell for the best summer treat ever? This particular ice cream cone design reminds me of when we've visited New York City and my kids get the over-the-top ice cream cones from a Mr. Softee truck. It's totally the unofficial food of the summer season. Thankfully these particular Ice Cream Cone Printable Bookmarks are a calorie-free version that can be enjoyed over and over (without melting). Download yours below.

I actually have quite a number of free printable bookmarks here on I Should Be Mopping the Floor, but in all honesty, this design might just be my new favorite. The colorful cones on top of the watercolor stripes really make me happy.

The ice cream cones are all the exact same design on each bookmark, it's the background stripes that are different from one bookmark to the next. The set includes yellow, hot pink, green, blue, and orange striped backgrounds.

Printing and Using Your Ice Cream Cone Printable Bookmarks:

How to Cut Bookmarks

  • After you print your bookmarks onto your cardstock, simply cut around the perimeter of each bookmark, removing the solid white borders.
  • I do a lot of paper cutting, so I like to use a paper cutter for this task...it gets me straighter lines and cleaner edges. This one pictured above is my absolute favorite (I've had several versions of this cutter, but this one has a wire in it that makes cutting on the edge effortless).

Bookmark Tassels

Embellishing Your Bookmarks

While these bookmarks can certainly stand out great on their own, it's fun adding cute tassels or ribbons to them. And a protective case is great, too!

Yarn Tassels on Bookmarks
Above is the bookmark with my homemade yarn tassel. It's almost like the cherry on top of this ice cream cone. I string these tassels through a simple hole punch on top of the bookmark. I do use a smaller 1/8" punch for this, so it isn't too easy to rip out over time. You can grab a 1/8" hole punch here on Amazon. They really come in handy for crafting.

Yellow and White Bookmark
Above is the bookmark with just a small piece of the grosgrain ribbon. These would be super easy and budget-friendly as summer party favors. Or tuck them into a good book for a gift. I've been known to tuck the extra bookmarks I print for photos into library books and then leave them for the next checker-outer. Again, you can grab the same ribbon I used on mine here on Amazon.

Bookmark Sleeves
And above is the bookmark sleeve that I use quite a lot...it means your bookmarks will last for practically ever! Again, I purchased the photo booth bookmark sleeves here on Amazon. And the pre-made tassels that go with them are here on Amazon.

  9. I love these - my brother owns an ice cream store and I would like to make them for him to use as promotional handouts. Do I need to purchase the license (he won't be selling them- just giving away).

    Thank you - Cheryl

    1. Hi Cheryl-- Thank you so much! Great question. That actually falls under the category of marketing, so technically, it would require a commercial license. Hope that helps. Have a great summer. xoxo
