These Sunflower Printable Recipe Cards are perfect for your own personal use or to use for gifts (I love receiving a handwritten recipe, don't you?). There are three size options with these, but the 4x6" ones always seem to be the most popular. The sweet sunflowers are just peeking in the corners of these cards...as a little accent. Download a one of these recipe cards below.
I feel like sunflowers are seasonal in both summertime, as well as into the early fall. They seem like such a happy flower, too. If you've ever passed a field of sunflowers in full bloom, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I thought they'd be the perfect accent for some summery recipe cards. Sunflower Printable Recipe Cards
Handwritten recipe cards fill my recipe box. Most of them are from my family members, mainly my late aunt and uncle. They're so much fun to look through...the older the better! I love this time-honored tradition of sharing cards filled with recipes, so I had to include these sunflower printable recipe cards in the summer series.
Above, I wanted to share a close up of how simple these Sunflower Printable Recipe Cards are to use. These cards are available in the following sizes and formats:
- 3x5" JPEG and PDF
- 4x6" JPEG and PDF
- 5x7" JPEG and PDF
Printing and Using these Free Printable Recipe Cards
- These Sunflower Recipe Cards are for personal use. You may gift them, for sure. If you have a small business and would like to use these as physical, printed products in your business, you may purchase a commercial license here.
- Thee PDF designs are formatted for easy, at-home printing. The 3x5" sizes come with four cards per page and the 4x6" and 5x7" sizes each have two cards per page.
- These cards work best when printed onto white, letter-sized cardstock. Regular paper will be too thin and flimsy for this usage. You'll want to use the cardstock so these recipe cards can stand the test of time.
- Grab a ream of letter-sized white cardstock here on Amazon for a great price. That's where I purchase all of my own cardstock.
- After printing, simply cut out your cards to use and gift to others with your favorite recipes. Or, you can even frame them for some simple kitchen decor.
- The JPEG versions can be printed just as you would a photo or similar image. I wouldn't use photo paper on these, though, since that can be difficult to write on.
Recipe Box Options
- Since the 4x6" cards are always the most popular recipe card printables, I'm sharing a great box to contain them. I found the above recipe box here on Amazon.
- It comes with the dividers, as well as an acrylic frame to set on the top of the box while you're cooking (it can hold one card on top).
- This type of recipe box like this would make a super thoughtful gift...full of family recipes handwritten onto these free sunflower printable recipe cards.
- If you would rather not keep your cards in a recipe box, but still want to protect them from splatters and such, I've used these 4x6" plastic recipe card holders with a lot of success.

DeleteKristi,
ReplyDeleteWhen you offer small things like these recipe cards, could you send them with multiple copies on a sheet of cardstock? I hate to print this in the middle of the sheet of paper and waste the rest. We should be able to get 4 or 5 copies of this on one sheet of paper. Thanks for considering.
Hi Barb-- Yes, all of the PDF prints are set up like that...the 3x5" ones have four cards per page. Did you check those out?
DeleteThanks!
This would make an awesome bridal shower gift.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree! Thanks for stopping by. xoxo
