I chose today's Flamingo Printable designs as our Day One of the summer series since the flamingo is *pretty much* the official bird of the summertime, no? And these three sweet flamingoes featured in today's designs are the epitome of tropical summery goodness. There are two versions of this print (one with and one without a background). Plus, I've included multiple sizes and formats, too. Grab your favorite version of this free Flamingo Printable below.

I think these three birds are simply perfect and pink. And I combined them with loads of tropical greenery for a nice contrast and pop of color. The pink striped background is a great anchor to the piece, as well, but if you prefer, you can go totally background-free, as well. See both design options below.

I can hardly believe it's already June! But, I'm really ready for summertime this year (goodness, who isn't?). And since we're starting our BIG free summer printable series today (YAY!!), we can get our decor ready for the warmer season, too...starting with today's flamingo printable. I'm so happy you're joining the fun of this series. I think you're going to fall in love with so many of the prints I have lined up for you.

Above is the background-free version of the flamingo printable. I really am a background girl at heart, but the background-free option definitely has its perks. Those flamingos and their flowers really POP on the above design. Plus, you'll save yourself a bit of ink when you go background-free.

Wordless Printable Designs

After so many of you took our recent online reader-survey regarding the series, I realized that wordless-printables are in high-demand. I can't promise I'll keep all of the printables word-free for the month, but the majority of them will fit that category. And I agree...sometimes it's best to let the design speak for itself, right?

Getting the Most out of your Flamingo Printable:

  • Please note that these designs are for personal use only. However, if you would like to use these designs for your business, please purchase a commercial license here.
  • These designs are available in the following sizes and formats:
    • 8x10" JPEG and PDF formats
    • 5x7" JPEG and PDF formats
    • 4x6" JPEG and PDF formats
  • The PDF formatted printables are perfect for easy, at-home printing. They are all set up on letter-sized pages.
  • The 4x6" and 5x7" PDF designs are laid out with two designs per page to cut down on paper waste. You'll need to just trim all of the designs for simple framing (I've provided small pink hairlines around the perimeters of both the 4x6" and 5x7" designs to make cutting easier).
  • When printing your PDF files at home, be sure to use letter-sized white cardstock for your printables. Regular paper is too thin and often looks a bit off-color once printed.
  • The JPEG designs are perfect to print just like you would an image or photo. You can even upload the JPEGs to your local photo printing place and have them professionally printed (just be sure to order matte instead of glossy). If you run into copyright issues with printing at a photo place, just show the print shop this post on your phone. You have my complete permission to print these designs.

  6. The town I grew up in (Hialeah, Florida) is home to the Hialeah Race Track. They use to race horses there. It is also known for the Flamingos that live there. So I was really happy today when I saw your printable. It really made me smile. Thanks so much for a beautiful Monday.

    2. I have many, many printables from many, many bloggers. Which bloggers? Hard to tell w/o opening the file and even then there isn't always a signature. Since I just got a color printer and some card stock (thanks for the link) I plan to start printing things. I'd like to be able to go back and thank a blogger when I use something of theirs.
Recently I started folders for some of my favorites and try to remember to file printables when I d/l them.
