After the fun we had with the pumpkin photography in last month's fall series, I thought it might be nice to make it a regular installment here on I Should Be Mopping the Floor. Only this time, as requested, I have images available without any wording overlays. All of the photos below were taken by me on a Nikon D7100. I was lucky my trusty camera was in my car one early Sunday morning...because all of this pumpkin photography is from our church's sweet pumpkin patch, shortly before service started that day.
If you ever find yourself in darling Salado, Texas (and I'm here to tell you that you should, very intentionally, find yourself in Salado, Texas one day), be sure to stop by Fletcher's Books and Antiques. If you wander in there in the fall, you'll also see the most glorious display of pumpkins. The best thing is? You can purchase a few to take home with you. This is a pumpkin patch that benefits the adorable little church behind the antique store. I had a little pumpkin photography fun just a couple of days after the pumpkins arrived this year. And below, you can download the result of that little session.
Pumpkin Photography
I loved our first annual (meaning...many more to come!) Free Fall Printables series for so many reasons. Those 30 days of designs allowed me to add in some things I don't normally (read: ever) post. One thing I tried out on you guys were the Fall Pictures to Print. I got some really great feedback on those. But several emailed to say they'd prefer printable photography without the overlays of wording. And you know what? Me, too. I love photos on their own for so many reasons. And today's pumpkin photography is just that: no words or overlays. Just pumpkins. These are the images that came through my lens...delivered straight to your frame!
Please keep in mind...I'm still an amateur photographer. Although, I've worked at it for eight years, it is still a work in progress. I've taken a couple of classes, done some online sessions, and really worked to learn my cameras and lenses, but I very much still consider myself a novice. So, be gentle with me if these aren't your thing.

Again, these photos were all taken at our church's pumpkin patch (or display, really...it's so glorious). I didn't alter the pumpkins in any way...I left the dirt and all! They're about as natural as can be.
Pumpkin Photo Printing
- Please note that all of the free photos below are for personal use only. Please do not use them for anything other than printing and hanging or gifting. These are sized large for printing capabilities. Please do not use them online, either (I have some other items coming for that purpose next week). They're just strictly for decor. Thank you for understanding.
- All of these photos are JPEG format. You can either upload to print at your favorite photo printing place or print yours at home.
- I love this HP Photo Paper for printing photos at home. You can grab it here on Amazon.
- All of the pumpkin photos are available in three size options:
- 8x10"
- Please note that some cropping occurs in this size from the original size you see depicted below.
- 5x7"
- While cropping still occurs with the 5x7" images, it is minimal and these sizes are the most true representation of the images below.
- original size that came straight out of the camera (slightly larger than an 8x10")...this is still a high res image, that can be uploaded and printed as you please, but you will need to crop or compress according to your own needs
