These free November Desktop Wallpaper downloads are the perfect set for this later fall season that we're entering into. They're full of deep plums, dark reds, and sunset-esque watercolors that remind us that we're close to winter time...but a few lovely weeks are still to be had. Grab these November Desktop Wallpaper downloads below...they're available for your computers, tablets, and phones. These wallpapers come in blank, quote, and calendar versions.
To be totally up front, the November set of wallpapers has always been my most challenging (design-wise) of these freebies. In my graphic work, I'm already well into my actual Christmas and winter designs. But, I'm definitely not one to skip over a holiday or time of the year...so I back pedal a bit and re-enter the fall design aspect of my brain. This time, I took inspiration from the Thanksgiving Cornucopia Printable from last week.

I know a lot of you enjoy putting out your Christmas decor as the month gets rolling. My plan is to release the December set a bit earlier than usual, so you can start using the quote and blank versions as early as you'd like. But for now, download your favorite November Desktop Wallpaper designs below.
November Desktop Wallpaper
You can see the designs for this month's wallpapers below, in all of their bountiful, cornucopia-filled glory. Just a reminder that the calendars are only available for the computer and tablet versions of the wallpapers, due to their details and such.
A little Thankful, Grateful, and Blessed goes a long way. And I "mixed this up" on purpose. I know the popular saying is "Grateful, Thankful, Blessed", but I placed thankful in the lead on this one. I know that grateful and thankful are pretty much interchangeable, but since it's the month of Thanksgiving (well, in the US, anyway), I thought this might be appropriate.
The calendar is great as a quick-reference tool, especially on computers. I use a Sunday-start calendar, but am considering adding the Monday-start, as well, when we continue this series next year.
And everyone tends to download the blank versions of the wallpapers (pictured above) a bit more than the others. They're perfect if your screens have a few icons that you don't want competing with much else.
And as I mentioned above, today's November Desktop Wallpaper was inspired by the above pictured Thanksgiving Cornucopia Printables.
And the desktop wallpapers also have monthly coordinating printable calendars, too. Find the November 2020 calendar (pictured above) here.
Downloading onto an iPad or iPhone
- The tablet and phone designs are great to use on any make and model of device, but I specifically get asked about downloading onto iPads and iPhones, so I am sharing that information here. These are my own simple tips for doing just that (the method I use is sort of cheating, but the fact that it's super easy makes that jussssst fine).
- Before I start the process on my phone or tablet, I download my particular phone's (or tablet's) wallpaper design onto my actual computer (download links are listed below for you).
- I take the download on my computer and email it as an attachment to myself (I have gmail and it allows me to email to the same address I'm sending from).
- If you'd prefer to skip this emailing yourself process, you'll need to download the Dropbox app on your iPhone or iPad (I provide all of the download links for these wallpaper designs within Dropbox for this very reason).
- I like to send readers to a nice tutorial on this Dropbox downloading method here on the iDownload Blog. But, again, if you'd like to avoid that, just email yourself the design from your computer and open the email on your phone, like I do. Then, follow the below steps:
- Open that email that you sent yourself with the wallpaper attachment on your device's mail app.
- At the bottom of your email, it will say "Tap to Download". Go ahead and do just that.
- Tap that image you just downloaded within your email (it will appear at the bottom of the email). The above image (pictured left) is what you should see.
- Tap the square box outline with the upward arrow in the bottom left corner of your screen (labeled as 1 in the above image).
- After you've tapped that box, the screen pictured above right should appear for you. Scroll up just slightly and tap 'Save Image' (labeled as 2 in the above image). Your design should now be saved to your device.
- Press your Home key/button. Now, head to Settings>Wallpaper>Choose a New Wallpaper.
- On my own phone, my images save to my Camera Roll (I *think* this is the default on iOS devices like iPhones and iPads).
- I then select Camera Roll and find the wallpaper that I downloaded. If your device saves elsewhere, you'll need to check that spot for the download, instead.
- You can set this new wallpaper design to your lock screen, your home screen, or go a little wild and do both. It'll be a fabulously fallish time on your device!
- That *should* hopefully do the trick for you. Let me know if you have any issues regarding this method.
