I've just shared a lovely recipe for Lavender Linen Spray here on I Should Be Mopping the Floor. These free printable Lavender Linen Spray Labels are perfect to go with your bottles of spray. They make sweet housewarming or wedding gifts (maybe with a set of sheets or towels). Download your favorite version of these Lavender Linen Spray Labels below. There are three different designs available.
I'm a huge fan and user of my homemade Lavender Linen Spray. I use it constantly. I also enjoy gifting it to my friends who I know enjoy domestic goodies (just like I do!). These sweet little lavender linen spray labels are the perfect little add-on to your bottle of spray (especially if you use lots of homemade sprays and cleaners). Download your favorite design below.
We're continuing our fun this week with both free printable Lavender Linen Spray Labels and a recipe for a wonderful Lavender Linen Spray. Are you feeling completely relaxed, yet?
Free Printable Lavender Linen Spray Labels
I got a bit carried away and created three different designs for these lavender linen spray labels. One is super simple with just one lonely sprig of lavender and the words over the top of that. The other two designs each have a big bunch of lavender peeking into the label, with the wording on top of the bunch. One of those designs has a buffalo-checked background and one is just plain white. You can't go wrong with any of these designs, but honestly, the simple lavender sprig is my favorite (and if I'm being really up front, it's the easiest to read).
You can easily cut out your label and tie it with simple jute twine to your bottle of lavender spray (as pictured above).
Or, print onto sticker paper and adhere the label to your glass bottle (as pictured above). I love the look of this, it's tidier in the supply cabinet, as well. If you want to resuse your glass bottle for another recipe later, remove the sticker with either Goo Gone or you can use my Homemade Residue Remover Recipe. I have details on printing onto sticker paper below, as well.
Printing and Using Your Labels
Supplies Needed:
- white cardstock or sticker paper (details on the sticker paper below)
- the download of your favorite label (all download links are available below)
- scissors
- (optional) large 2" round craft punch (this makes quick work of punching out numerous labels)
- small hole punch (this is the 1/8" size, which is smaller than a standard hole punch), (only needed if using the non-sticker method)
- twine or string (only needed if using the non-sticker method)
- I love to use the Avery White Sticker Project Paper when I make the type of labels that adhere to the bottles. They're really user-friendly and print just like regular paper in your home printer.
- If you use this method and print your labels on sticker paper, be sure to clean your craft punch after using it to make sure no residue remains. I use Goo Gone or my Homemade Residue Remover for this to keep my craft punch in good shape. Wipe clean of all oil-based removers after cleaning (you don't want oil on your next paper project).
Instructions:
- After downloading your labels below, print them onto your white cardstock or sticker paper on your home printer.
- Cut (with scissors or a paper cutter) into strips to make it easier to punch out your circles (as pictured above).
- Punch out your circles. If you don't have a punch, you can also cut the circles out with scissors.
- If using cardstock labels, hole punch and tie your label to your bottle with twine or string.
- Please Note: these Lavender Linen Spray Labels are for personal use only. You may use them for gifts or groups, but you may not sell anything with them.
