Faith Over Fear SVG and Printables

This post for a Faith Over Fear SVG (and Printables) contains affiliate links. As an Amazon affiliate, I make a small portion when these links are used, at no additional cost to you.

This free Faith Over Fear SVG is simple, but packs a definite word punch (who doesn't need to hear this one, right?). I also created several printables in the same design below (lots of sizes). And then I couldn't stop myself and went on to add a greeting card. Sometimes a message just needs to be put on all of the things. Download your favorite format of the Faith Over Fear SVG and Printables below.

Faith Over Fear SVG Designs and Printables
This Faith Over Fear design is based off of one of my favorite scriptures that I turn to for comfort:
"The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" --Psalm 118:6.

You can download your favorite version of this design below (SVG files, printables, and greeting cards are ready for printing).

Faith Over Fear SVG and Printables

This verse and this particular design have been on my mind a lot lately. We've got a kiddo heading into high school, my elderly father is living with us, I've got some medical things happening, and well, life is just a lot right now. It's times like these that I can become so overwhelmed that the fear monster can take over more than the faith one (although, the faith one isn't a monster...but you know what I mean). But, putting things in perspective and knowing that He's got this, (allllll of it), makes a huge difference. Faith over here.

Faith Over Fear SVG
While I've definitely been on an SVG kick lately, this Faith Over Fear SVG is perfect in printable form, as well. This is great for all of you who just want a simple print without the extra step of an SVG and cutting and weeding vinyl. It's a black and white design...no frills on this one (but sometimes, I think that is better). As I said above, there is a greeting card version, too (all free!).

How to Use the Faith Over Fear SVG:

  • Please note: these SVG files are for personal use only, unless you purchase a commercial license (more information on that below). If you have any questions regarding usage terms, be sure to drop me an email (my contact information is in the righthand side bar).
  • There are two sizes of this particular SVG file available. You can download both of them later in this post.
  • These Faith Over Fear SVG files are compatible with most software for both Silhouette and Cricut machines.
  • Don't have a vinyl cutting machine? I've enjoyed the Silhouette Cameo that I've had for over five years a lot (this is not a sponsored post). I still use it constantly.
  • A lot of my friends throughout the blog world use the Cricut brand cutter. While I'm not familiar with it, myself, by my friend, Amy fromt The Happy Scraps has lots of great tips and ideas for the Cricut here.
  • Both of these Faith Over Fear SVG files are compatible with paper, cardstock, vinyl, and heat transfer vinyl: your crafting possibilities here are limitless!
  • I often enjoy trying my hand using heat transfer vinyl (or HTV) for pillows, tote bags, and t-shirts. But regular vinyl can create some fun signs and mugs with these designs (I love making signs...it's my fave!).
  • When using heat transfer vinyl for your creations, don't forget to both reverse your design, as well as cut on the "wrong side" of your HTV.
    • There is a great Cricut guide on doing this here
    • However, since I'm a Silhouette user, I swear by (and often refer to) Mandy's HTV video here.
  • The SVG designs that I offer here on I Should Be Mopping the Floor are created for those who are somewhat well-versed in working with SVGs on their vinyl machines. If you're new to this wonderful world of SVGs and cut files, my friend, Kelly, over at Kelly Leigh Creates has a fantastic tutorial on How to Use SVG Files.

Commercial Licensing

If you own a small business and would like to use this Faith Over Fear SVG File for your business, you can purchase a commercial license here. It is good to use on all of these SVGs listed here.
Faith Over Fear Greeting Card

Faith Over Fear Greeting Card Printable

I couldn't resist making this design into a greeting card print, as well. This is perfect to send to friends in their time of need or anxiety. It's a nice little "you've got this", rather, "He's got this" for them to receive. A few notes on the greeting card:

  • The download for this design is available further down in this post.
  • This greeting card printable fits into standard A6 envelopes. All of the free printable greeting cards here on I Should Be Mopping the Floor are designed for A6 envelopes.
  • Greeting card printables should always be printed onto white cardstock. Regular paper is far too flimsy and thin for this type of usage.
  • Once you print your Faith Over Fear card, simply trim right inside the light grey hairline that runs around the perimeter of the card.
  • Fold in half. Use the handle of your scissors along the crease to get a clean fold (heavy, metal scissors work best for this).
  • The inside is blank to fill in your own sentiments.

Again, all of these Faith Over Fear designs are completely free for personal use. If you'd like to purchase a commercial license to use these in your shop or small business, click here (only physical products can be resold, no digital redistribution is allowed).
  • All of these designs are ready for you to download below the following image.
  • The printables are available in 8x10", 5x7", and 4x6" designs. Choose whichever works best for your frames. They're all black and white, too.
    • The 8x10" print is laid onto a letter-sized format for simple, at-home printing. Just trim the edges to frame. I will often lay the glass from my frame (by itself) on top of the printable itself. Then I trace it and trim.
    • Both the 5x7" and 4x6" designs are available in PDF and JPEG versions. The PDF ones come with two designs per page (one to keep, one to share). PDFs are easier for you to print at home. The JPEG designs can easily be uploaded to your favorite photo printing place for inexpensive printing.
  • Printing on white cardstock yields the best results. It's a nice, clean, and crisp print.
