Want your elf to send *someone* a card? Then you need an official elf card, right? These sweet little cards are perfect to print for that little buddy that you have to remind yourself to move...every ding dang night. This elf card is great to send to explain why your elf didn't move...or whatever you need it for!
Free Printable Elf Card
This sweet little elf card features a classic red elf on top of a green gingham pattern. It is blank on the inside so your little elf friend can write whatever is needed.
Fun Elf Idea:
Need a break from your elf? He or she may need to disappear for a bit (so mom and dad can have a much needed break, right?). Send this elf card in the snail mail to your kids so your elf can explain their absence (be sure to mail a day or so before your elf makes this *temporary* exit). Even if there are frowns for the elf leaving for a bit, what kiddo doesn't love to receive actual mail, amiright?
How to Print and Use this Elf Card
- Download your elf card below.
- This card is for personal use. However, if you do own a small business or shop, and would like to sell the printed version (no digital reselling allowed), you may purchase a commercial license here.
- Print your card onto white cardstock. Regular paper isn't recommended for these (it tends to curl up on the corners). I buy my white cardstock the cheapest on Amazon here.
- Cut out your card on the inside of the red hairline. Fold and send. Envelope information is available below.
Need Additional Printing Tips?
Make sure to view my complete video tutorial below that covers how to print printables on either a Mac or a PC...on your home printer or even uploaded to your local print shop. If you have any additional questions, please refer to my thorough, step-by-step post here on printing your printables. It also includes budget-friendly, at-home printer recommendations.
Envelopes for Your Elf Card
- I use A6 envelopes for most of my printable greeting cards.
- My standard ones are pictured above on the left. They are very budget-friendly. You can grab them here on Amazon.
- The ones pictured above on the right are a fancier, contoured-flap envelope with a bit of metallic sheen to them (they're fun for the Christmas season). You can grab those fancier ones on Amazon here (a bit pricier).
