Love it or loathe it, candy corn is the unofficial treat of the season. And these free printable candy corn gift tags are a cute little addition to all of your Halloween treats. There are actually three different variations of this adorable gift tag below.
Free Printable Candy Corn Gift Tags
I actually made four variations of these tags for you. Some of you have mentioned that you don't love when all of the print options are on one page...and I totally get that. Because, well, that's an ink waster. I made the four different designs below, so you can choose what works best for you.Designs Included:
- Trick or Treat Tags
- To and From Tags
- Blank Tags
- I also included a sheet with all of the versions on it, so you don't have to choose!
Fun Uses for Candy Corn Gift Tags:
- These work great for BOO-ing activities. Not sure how to boo? I've got an entire post on Boo Basket Ideas (and what it means).
- These tags are also super cute for classroom treats, office treats, and other gatherings.
- They make cure favor tags for your Halloween gathering, too.
- Wrap up a goodie and leave it on your neighbor's porch with a couple of these tags attached...they'll love it!
- If you're one of those houses that goes all out for Halloween, package up your treats in a cute bag and attach the Trick or Treat version of the tags to it. Talk about over-the-top cuteness!
Cute Packaging for Your Tags
I finally found a use for these fun, stripey, orange treat bags I bought over the summer. And I think they're pretty darn cute with the candy corn gift tags. I bought these for a speaking event I had this past June. I don't do many speaking gigs, but when I do, I want to bring attendees some free printables (already printed) so they can get a feel for what I do. I'm kind of small potatoes, so when I purchased 100 of these to house some little prints, I figured I bought WAY more than what I needed...(100 was a safety net). I waited too long to ask THE question..."how many will be in attendance?". After the organizer told me 600 (and after I came to from blacking out), I realized I wasn't able to fulfill that many little gifties in that short of time. So, this little pack of paper treat bags has been on my shelf, waiting for a good use, ever since.
- I actually found these diagonal orange striped treat bags on Amazon for cheap HERE. They're perfect for Halloween treats...I stuffed mine with a little prepackaged bag of mini cheese sandwich crackers (I'm a non-candy treat mom...whomp-whomp), but the sky is the limit with fun contents! These bags are food safe, too, and would be perfect for baked goodies.
- I also grabbed the black and white baker's twine in the Dollar Spot at Target...but I've purchased it HERE, on Amazon Prime, too.
How to Print these Tags
- Download your favorite tag design below (there are multiple download options).
- Print your tags using your NORMAL or BEST ink settings on your printer.
- Only print onto white, letter-sized cardstock. Regular paper is too flimsy for these tags (they'll curl up on the corners). Stick with the white cardstock for a nice, professional-looking tag.
- Grab a pack of white, letter-sized cardstock here on Amazon for a great price (it's where I purchase all of my own cardstock).
- And I always like to mention that I prefer to use the smaller-holed punch...they don't take away from the design as much as the larger hole punch.
- Tie to your package with the black and white baker's twine for a festive look.
- If you're using the double Trick or Treat tag designs, a bit of rolled up or double sided tape on the underside of the tag will allow both tags to always show. Just affix the tape to your package for a secured tag.
