I'm sharing my Christmas Home Tour below...in all its quirky, ranch-style glory.
I think I have more photos in this post than any other...but I just love Christmas decor.
We first toured this home exactly a year ago. It had been vacant for four years. Since it was the holiday season, all I could envision was how I would decorate it for the Christmas season. We hadn't even put an offer on this place and I was mentally decorating trees and hanging garland...I just loved this house (even in all its 1970 glory). So, a year later and I'm so happy with how it looks in all its Christmas glory. I have really loved decking these halls.
I actually thought about the porch a lot a year ago, in terms of Christmas decor.
My dad cut out these Nutcrackers for me and I painted them.
I'd love to do the real, oversized nutcrackers, but they're sooooo spendy, y'all.
They're definitely not perfect, but these nutcrackers do the trick!
The main room of the house got a non-red look this year.
I posted loads of details of this room here, but included several pics below.
So, yes...I have quite a few Christmas trees (four...no judging, please). But, I had a vision of a tree in each of the front windows...I have always wanted a home where I could put my Christmas tree in a front window. I just LOVE that! I felt like, with two identical front windows, I needed a tree in each one. This one in the dining room is done in red and white...with loads of floral stems from DollarTree. I did a post on this room here, or see the highlights of it below.
My new holiday napkins are from Minted.
This is the tree in the other front window...which is our piano room.
More details on this room here...or below for the highlights.
I just did a few corners in the kitchen...like this soda shoppe in the corner.
My coffee bar got a peppermint theme this year.
Our family room takes on the vintage feeling.
All of my pillows and textiles in this room are from Minted.
The artwork is from Minted, too.
Super simple in our bedroom...just a wreath and a pillow (from Minted!).
This little spot in our sunroom is my fave! I can't wait to show you the entire sunroom one day.
Hoping you and yours have a blessed Christmas season!
Thanks so much for stopping by.
