I'm a little fall banner crazy lately. But this black, white, and metallic number is now my absolute fave. I think I may hang quite a few of these up for this season. Download yours below.
I'm not an orange person. I try to be. But let's face it, the love just isn't there. It kind of kills me when people call my washer and dryer orange...they're red...the color of awesome. Even outside of fall and Halloween, I know orange is uber popular right now. I'm that one person sitting out waiting for this trend to pass. So, I created this banner after seeing a non-orange pumpkin that I fell in love with. It inspired some black, white, and metallic fall decor 'round these parts, y'all.
Black, White, & Metallic Fall Banner
As all good crafty blog posts do, this one begins at the HobLob. I was shopping for decorations for my son's birthday party. Then I saw this presh black, white, and gold pumpkin. And into the buggy it went. I figured it was my son's way of thanking me for all the work I'm doing on his bash. He's so thoughtful.
Besides that, we're actually having this par-tay here at home this weekend. Whenever we have people over, my husband always notes that new things appear. It's like magic, I tell ya.
I included pumpkins in this one as well. If you want to just hang the pumpkins, they're in a separate download to grab on their own. I pretty much hang all of my banners on baker's twine these days, y'all. I just love the extra pattern it subtly adds.
Instructions for Printing and Using Your Fall Banner
- Usage note: this banner is for personal use only. You may hang it in a place of business for decor, but you may not reproduce it to resell in any manner.
- The download links for this banner are available further down in this post.
- This fall banner prints best onto letter-sized white cardstock. Regular paper is too thin and will curl on the corners once it's cut and hung. Cardstock adds to the durability.
- Once you have printed and cut out the pennants of your banner, you can hang the pieces either by hole-punching each of the top corners of each pennant, or by using miniature clothespins. I hung my banner using black and white baker's twine.
- Grab miniature clothespins here on Amazon.
- Grab a smaller-than-normal (1/8" hole punch) here on Amazon. That's the size I use. It doesn't interfere with the design of each pennant like the standard hole punch can.
- Grab the black and white baker's twine here on Amazon.
- Not a twine fan? Thin ribbon would work nicely, too.

I ended up hanging these on the drawers of my buffet in my kitchen. The drawers are 100 years old and stick so badly that I never use them. This was a fun way to dress up the front of that piece.
More Free Printable Fall Banners:
- My free printable THANKFUL banner is a reader-favorite for autumn. I will say, it's not my absolute favorite to cut out, but it's really stunning when displayed (so it's worth it).
- I also have this (simpler-to-cut) leopard-print GATHER banner that's also a freebie. The animal print pattern on this makes it one of my personal faves.
- And my free printable Pumpkin Pie banner is just a darling one all around. It's perfect displayed on a dessert or coffee bar around Thanksgiving (Christmas, too!).
- This free printable corn and pumpkin banner from Mandy's Party Printables is seriously adorable and perfect for fall.
- I actually created this Halloween Welcome Banner over on the Real Housemoms blog a few years ago. It's a great one for spooky decor!
Happy Black, White, and Metallic Fall, y'all! ;)
Love love love! I am an orange person, but it's so nice to see something fresh and different for fall. Super cute:-)
