It's a bit of a family joke just how much my younger son loves olives. At every holiday gathering, an extra relish tray is pretty much set out just for him. I love sending olives in both of my kiddos' lunches, too...they're always guaranteed to be devoured! Below are a few of my favorite olive-packed lunches...with a fun new way to pack them. AND, there's an awesome giveaway for YOU to win some lunch money to your favorite grocery store, too!

I'm pretty sure the folks at Pearls read my mind when making these awesomesauce new Olives to Go! packs. They're ingenious. I used to open a big can of olives to pack in lunches...I'd have to drain it (reserving some liquid), use a small portion, store the rest in the liquid, and try to remember to use the stored portion (which, let's face it...didn't always happen). But I love sending olives in lunches because they're just so yummy.

This is the biggest innovation for olives since pitting them, y'all.

AND...there's NO LIQUID in these! That's fantastic. Perfect for traveling, too, huh?

All Pearls Olives to Go! flavors are gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, cholesterol-free, trans-fatfree, GMO-free, vegan and Kosher. Besides these Black Pitted ones, they also come in Kalamata, Pimento-Stuffed, and Sliced varieties. They're perfectly portion-controlled, too...for mamas who like to snack, too! ;)
Most grocery stores nationwide and all Target and Walmart stores carry some of the product line. We found them in the olive aisle.
These make packing lunchboxes fast, easy and fun!

Besides including the olives as a side in a lunch, I also like to incorporate them into their own "dishes". My younger son is not a sandwich fan, but devoured this mini version of an antipasto platter (he orders this at restaurants as his meal!). It was so easy and no olives wasted.

And who doesn't love a fun pizza monster staring back at them? These were EASY. I didn't have english muffins, so I used regular sandwich bread and cut circles out with a glass cup. I spread a little pizza sauce, cheese, and Pearls Olives to Go! I baked them for 10 minutes at 350. My kiddo loves cold pizza, so they sat in the fridge all night and then he took them to school for lunch the following day.
