How to Tailgate with Ease

Fall is in the air: Time for tailgating and fun! I've put together some of my favorite ideas below on how to tailgate with ease. Being organized makes preparation and clean-up a breeze!

Are you a tailgater? Do you love the camaraderie that comes with being one? Tailgating is such a fun way to meet fellow fans, share a meal and get pumped up for your team before {and sometimes after} a big game! Check out these ideas below to make tailgating stress-free...so you really get to the fun!

Low stress is the key to any get-together for me...tailgating especially. Using disposable dishes, Wet-Nap wipes, an organized system for storage (and to prevent wind from carrying off the napkins), and bringing delicious food make it easy to enjoy the fun (instead of fussing over the details).

And that fun? It centers around FOOD! These Tyson Any'Tizers Buffalo Style Hot Wings are the perfect food for the festivities. I paired them with a simple homemade Blue Cheese dip. Simply combine one (8 ounce) box of cream cheese, one (8 ounce) tub of sour cream, and one (5 ounce) box of Blue Cheese crumbles.

Organization ahead of time can make the parking lot party stress-free. I love using stackable plastic drawers for all paper and clean up items (including utensils, cooking tools, table cloths, salt and pepper and whatever else we may need). It's also nice to have several coolers: one for hot foods, one for cold foods, and one for ice/drinks. Some fun football decorations also make it festive.

Instead of using ice in the cold food cooler, I freeze water bottles overnight and have them surround the cold food containers. It's perfect for after the game when they've thawed out and everyone's ready for another drink. It's also nice to clearly label all of the containers so it's easy to unpack at the parking lot. It's always nice to have the food front and center...where everyone can get to it! The Tyson Any'Tizers Wings can be cooked ahead of time (in an oven) and brought in foil containers to keep them warm. I like to put them all together in the hot food cooler so they stay piping hot until they're served. If you're a die-hard tailgater and like to bring your grill out to the parking lot, these wings can also be prepared that way, too.

These Wet-Nap wipes are so nice to be able to clean up with. When there isn't a sink available, these are perfect for cleaning our hands {and wing faces!}. I also love to keep a canister of these in my car to use on a regular basis. They're easy to find at Walmart.
