Gluten-Free Patriotic Parfaits

This Gluten-Free Patriotic Parfait is perfect for those on GF diets...especially so nobody is left out of the sweet part of the big fourth of July celebration! The beauty of these is that they can be made with this pre-made pudding here.

Hard to believe FOJ is less than a month away! Time to start thinking of party foods for all of the celebrations. While we no longer are on gluten-free diets ourselves, a lot of our good friends and family are. I always like to make sure everyone has a little something to enjoy at gatherings. This Gluten-Free Patriotic Parfait is perfect for the upcoming fourth of July festivities and ridiculously easy to put together {it starts with this pre-made gluten-free, all-natural rice pudding that can be found here}. Check out the recipe below>>>

The beauty of these is that you can make as many of these individual patriotic desserts as you like. With the individual portion sizes, there's no leftovers to worry about.

Ingredients
{you can adjust amounts up or down depending on how many you're making}:
- your favorite gluten-free pre-made rice pudding {I use a tub or two of this kind here...it's fab-o!}
- strawberries, chopped
- blueberries
- Cool Whip {the regular kind is GF!}

Directions:
- Place rice pudding in a gallon sized zip top bag and snip one corner. Pipe the pudding into the bottom of each serving glass, going about an inch up.
- Layer strawberries next.
- Add another 1/2 inch to an inch of rice pudding.
- Layer blueberries next.
- You'll add one more layer of rice pudding into the glasses.
- Then, one more layer of strawberries...
- Top with a dollop of Cool Whip {I also put this into a bag and snipped the corner to get a pretty dollop}.

It's the perfect patriotic dessert!
