Looking for an easy craft to make your fourth a bit more festive?
These DIY Patriotic Party Spoons are a
fun way to bring a little Americana to your party.
Loving the wooden spoon craze right now...so much more fun than the ol' plastic! And they can be personalized for any occasion. Just grab some small-sized letter stamps and a multi-colored stamp pad and you're all set.
It's totally your call which orientation to place your wording. I did mine from the top down, so the words would be read as they stuck out of individual desserts. However, if your spoons are laying flat on a table, you could reverse the order. Or, even do it sideways. There's no right or wrong. And try not to be perfect on this one. The stamps I have are kind of vintage typewriter-ish, so perfection would have been highly over-rated here! Just take your time and line up letters evenly as you go. Super simple.
Don't they look adorbs sticking out of my Patriotic Parfaits?
What kinds of celebrating do you do on the fourth?
