These White Chocolate Cherry Hello Dollies
take the traditional bar cookie to an entirely new level.
And...cherries ALWAYS make me think of springtime. I'm going to will it here if it's the last thing I do!
Check the yumminess out>>>
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 rectangular planks)
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
{optional}: cherry preserves for drizzle
Directions:
While oven is preheating to 325 degrees, place butter stick in 9x13" pan and place inside oven to melt. Check it every few minutes so it doesn't brown. When butter is melted, remove pan from oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of melted butter, spreading with the back of the spoon. Gently press down into pan with the back of the spoon. Top evenly with white chocolate chips and dried cherries, pecans and coconut. Poor sweetened condensed milk over entire pan of ingredients. Bake for 25 minutes.
{optional}: Allow condensed milk to set for at least an hour. Warm up about 1/4 cup of cherry preserves in the microwave for 20 seconds. Drizzle preserves over the top of the bars. Allow to cool
Allow to set completely before cutting into squares or rectangles.
Yummy! Thanks for sharing. :)
