Easy S'more Pops

The perfect summer s'mores treat...on a stick {and fireless}. These easy s'mores pops go together fast and are the perfect treat for your picnic or party...or Tuesday.

I originally saw a version of these in the summer 2013 Taste of Home No-Bake Desserts magazine. I decided to try them out with a few less ingredients and less stove-top time {because I'm all about less commitment this summer...
I can't decide if that's good or just lazy}.

These were ridiculously easy. And my boys loved them. And I didn't have to build a fire.

I opted to leave the sprinkles off after trying them on one and not loving them. I liked the simplicity of the graham cracker, marshmallow {creme} and chocolate.
And that's the entire ingredient list: graham crackers, marshmallow creme, melting chocolate and candy sticks.

It ended up working better if I added the marshmallow creme to both of the graham crackers, and then stuck them together with the stick in the middle {it's all very technical, huh?}. Then dip the sandwiched crackers into the chocolate. I prefer to just to a half dip. I like the rustic-ness of the graham cracker actually showing...proving its smore-ish-ness.

I laid them out on a cookie sheet on wax paper and popped them in the fridge for half an hour or so.

And that was that.

All the taste of a s'more in a hand-held, fire-free version.
Quite nice.

Neglect your chores like me and don't miss a thing:
