While baby food may seem like an odd ingredient for cake, it really has some amazing possibilities. This moist Baby Food Bundt Cake is so delicious and simple to make. You can easily customize your own Baby Food Bundt Cake with the hundreds of flavors of baby food out there!
You'll Need:
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 small jars of baby food {your choice of fruit flavors, I used pear}
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
When well mixed, fold in flour and nuts. Bake in a well-greased and floured tube or bundt pan for one hour at 350.
Allow to cool in the pan and turn out onto a plate.
Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
