First Day of School Lunches

Just wanted to share with you the lunches I made last year for my boys' first day of school. I will probably be duplicating the top one this year on our first day...but with a second grader and kindergartner {ahhh}!

Contents: {both housed in my EasyLunchBoxes....love those!}:
- 'First Grade' ham & cheese sandwich {letters made from a mini-alpha cookie-cutter set I bought here},  egg {molded in the shape of a car with one of these}, black & green grapes on mini-soccer-ball-skewers {found here}, star-shaped cantaloupe {used these veggie cutters}, carrots, cucumbers and yogurt.
- 'PreK' PB&J sandwich...cut a small star out of middle using the veggie cutters mentioned above, used fruit leather for the letters. {all other items are the same as above}

  4. Do you use something like "glue" to keep the letters in place? I highly doubt my daughters bento box will stay perfectly flat to not jumble the letters. Thanks!

    1. Hey Rebecca!! I use cream cheese {I usually keep a tip of the "whipped" cream cheese in the fridge} and use it as glue. I've also used mustard, too, when I'm in a pinch! Thanks so much for stopping by, girl! :)
