The people in my house love the creepy crawlies. Me...notsomuch. But, hey, as long as they keep the critters outside, I'm cool(ish). I thought these free printable love bug Valentines would be perfect for all of those kids fascinated by all things with 8+ legs. Grab these below.

Free Printable Love Bug Valentines

Hey, Love Bug! I have to admit, even these printable bug-friendly Valentines make the creepiest of crawliest somewhat cute and tolerable to me. Stick some baker's twine on it and I'm kind of not grossed out (completely).

Assembling Your Love Bug Valentines

Supplies:

I started with a big ol' tube of bugs (niiiiiiiice). I grabbed them here on Amazon (mine had 14 bugs in it).
You'll need white, letter-sized cardstock for printing your love bug tags onto (the download is available below).
I also used a 2" punch to make the circle cutting a breeze. Seriously, I use punches alllll the time, y'all. They're less than $12 each and well worth the money. Click here to purchase this 2" one on Amazon.
I also tied these together with red and white baker's twine (click here to grab the same roll I use from Amazon).
You'll also need a hole punch. I highly recommend this smaller 1/8" hole punch from Amazon. It doesn't take away from the design as much as a standard hole punch does.

Directions:

Cut the free printable tags into strips so you can use your 2" punch to pop them out easily.
Use a hole punch on each tag.
Fill in your "from" information on the tag.
Then just tie up with baker's twine (to be clear...you'll have to actually handle the bugs for this. I sucked it up and just did it, y'all.).

In a way, these bugs have grown on me. Almost...adorable. Almost.
