Create a Spa Shower in Your Own Home

A big thank you to Aroma Sense Luxury Shower Heads for today's post & giveaway.
All opinions are my own.

I have such a fun (and RELAXING) treat for you today....
an awesome GIVEAWAY and sharing how to create a spa shower in your own home!

To say life is stressful right now is an understatement, y'all. Full-on renovation of the home we just bought, still working full-time jobs, and of course we still have kids and activities and all that excitement going on. I'm kind of over the whole "let's buy a fixer upper...it'll be fun" thing. It is fun. But, it's eXhAuStInG. After working all day in the house with painting and texturing and all that stuff...we're pretty much filthy by the time we're ready to go home. We got to where we started bringing clothes to the new place so we could shower up before heading home. And y'all, it's now a full-on SPA before we go home. Check it out below (with a GIVEAWAY for you!).

When we bought this home, one of the quirks we noticed is that the shower heads were all gone. The place had been vacant for about four years, so we knew there would be issues, but the nonexistent shower head thing was just a bit strange.

We replaced our shower heads with something a little fancy, y'all. Not gonna to lie, I'd shower in a rusty tin tub, but the actual shower head is something I just can't compromise on. Something about a great shower head is a game changer...the best way to roll out of bed, no?

We're using these UH-mazing Aroma Sense shower heads... luxurious, aromatherapy, vitamin c-infused shower heads. Yep...they're absolutely magnificent. They're even featured in some of the swankiest hotels, too, y'all (The Westin, The Ritz-Carlton, The Four Seasons, and more). And you can win one for your shower, too!

They're super simple to install, too. Just screw it on and use a wrench to tighten.

The shower stream feels incredible. When we had our inspection, the water pressure was almost a deal breaker for us. It was pitiful. We had the city out and realized it was an easy fix. While the pressure is now good, these shower heads boost it even more. I can't handle wimpy pressure, y'all. I have long hair that requires loads of product and loads of rinsing. Wimpy pressure is not cool.
The really cool thing is that when you turn on the shower, the aromatherapy scent fills the whole room. It really feels like a spa, y'all (especially after a long day of hard work). We have lemon cartridges in ours, now, but I can't wait to try the Lavender and even Eucalyptus ones.

Check out the entire line of Aroma Sense products here.

In our master bathroom, we used the large, handheld Aroma Sense shower head (also easy to install). It will be a few years before we bid the 1970s avocado green tiles adieu, so it's really nice to dress this area up with this amazing shower head while we learn to live with the groovy decor for a bit.

  5. Is the cartridge required to reduce the chlorine? I'm assuming it has a filter in it that does so and provides the vitamin C, am I right?

  23. What an amazing showerhead! Admittedly, I am a spa-aholic. To have the Aroma Sense unit in my home would bring daily wellness and mindfulness. I watched all of the videos and see that installation is easy and future Vitamin C artridges are reasonably priced. The lavender fragrance would be my first sent. Thank you for the opportunity to win the Aroma Sense. Lucky you for enjoying this shower. I am hoping I will say "lucky me" for winning this giveaway.
Stay strong and mindful during your home renovation!
