It has been a while since I've done a set of free printable lunch box notes. So much so, that my youngest has asked for new ones in his personal lunches. HA! What is even more hysterical is that he thought I always bought lunch box notes somewhere. Dude, mom made these. C'mon now. ;)

After my kiddo realized that I designed all of the notes I put in their lunch boxes, he was bound and determined to help me with this particular round. He helped me design several of these...the ruler was his favorite (it was his idea to make the letters multi-colored).
A big thank you to my Jonathan for all of his design work on these. ;)

Our Lunch Favorites:
- For over 10 years, we've used the above pictured stainless steel LunchBots containers (I have a set of them). They are so durable...my high school kids are now carrying them. You can find the ones we use here on Amazon.
- You can check out their whole line of LunchBots containers here on Amazon.
- This year, we're excited to be trying out these new "Pack It" lunch boxes. I can't speak to the system, (I'll come back and update it after we've used them a bit), but the neat thing is that you freeze the entire bag overnight, so no ice pack is needed. Ice packs were starting to wear me out a bit (they get dirty, leak, etc.). So, I'm really hopeful these work. Do note: they're a bit on the heavier side with the gel in the walls of the lunch box. But, that's not an issue for us. These are available here on Amazon (again, they're new to us).
Printing and Using Your Lunchbox Notes:
- For durability, you'll definitely want to print your lunchbox notes onto white, letter-sized cardstock. You can buy yours here on Amazon.
- While scissors work just fine, I do share that I love to cut printables (especially notes like these) on my Fiskar's Paper Trimmer. It makes really quick work of it and cuts very straight lines. You can find it here on Amazon.
