I started this project with some simple faux pumpkins, white spray paint and a five-pack of Neon Sharpies from Target.

I gave the pumpkins a quick coat of white spray paint and then let them dry completely. Then I got my doodle on! These Neon Sharpies can mark on practically anything...they were such a breeze to work with. They still worked as good as new after three pumpkins worth of doodles.
My favorite design was the above "dotty" one.
Simple dots...but together I think they look so fun!
This one was loosely based on a herringbone design.
I just colored the stem with the green Neon Sharpie.
Swirly Pumpkin Doodles {was able to use all five colors of the Neon Sharpies}!
This was a doodle I did on all of my high school folders...
you know, twenty years ago (GAH)!
I've been a life-long doodler. If you're looking for some fun patterns to play around with, feel free to check out my Pinterest Doodle Mania board. The Neon Sharpies would be a blast to use with any of these patterns! They're so fun to draw with.
And be sure to check out Sharpie on Pinterest, too.
They have a crazy amount of awesomeness pinned there.
These Neon Sharpies are just too cool for school, y'all.
They have brilliant, vivid color in daylight.
And the mark they make fluoresces under black light.
They're durable, fine tips produce bold, detailed lines.
They're great for use on paper, plastic, wood, leather...and faux pumpkins!
